Get into the right SPARK workspace.

This page is for login, password, workspace, and access issues. If you are already signed in, the full in-app Help Center has the detailed work-order, import, asset, inventory, and settings guides.

Most common fixes

Start with these checks.

Use the correct company subdomain. If your company has a dedicated URL, use that first. Otherwise go to app.sparkcmms.com/login and enter the company subdomain your admin gave you.
Reset your password from the login page. Use the same email address your company owner or admin invited. Password resets only work for the email attached to your SPARK account.
Ask your company admin about approval. New accounts may need owner or admin approval before they can enter the workspace. SPARK support cannot approve company users unless directed by the account owner.
Send support the details if you still cannot enter. Include your name, company, company subdomain, reply email, what page failed, and any error message you saw.
