Login Help

Most login issues come down to the company subdomain, account approval, or password reset email.

What is my company subdomain?

It is the first part of your SPARK URL. If your workspace is example.sparkcmms.com, enter example on the company login screen.

I landed on the wrong company

Go back to app.sparkcmms.com/login and enter the correct company subdomain. If you are unsure, ask your SPARK admin for the exact workspace URL.

Forgot password

On your company login page, choose Forgot password?. If your email belongs to that company, SPARK sends a reset link by email.

No reset email arrived

  • Check junk or quarantine.
  • Confirm you entered the right company subdomain first.
  • Confirm your admin invited or approved that exact email address.

Account pending or disabled

Your company admin controls approvals, roles, and disabled accounts. SPARK support cannot approve access without the company admin.

Two-factor code not working

Use the current six-digit code from your authenticator app. If your phone changed, ask your company admin to help reset account security.

First-Time Access

Use this path if you are joining a company workspace for the first time.

Wait for your company admin to invite or approve your account.

Open your invite or password setup email and choose a password.

Sign in from your company URL or enter the company subdomain at app.sparkcmms.com/login.
