Pricing strategy

Start small. Upgrade when the work needs it.

SPARK is moving toward a simple path: a small self-service starting plan, a practical Core CMMS plan, then optional modules for teams that need inventory, AI, reporting, more storage, multi-site controls, or extra help. Public prices are intentionally not listed yet.

Plan path

A clearer base plan structure.

This is packaging guidance only. Exact pricing, final limits, and commercial terms will be confirmed before public launch.

SPARK Free

Small self-service start

For a single person or small test workspace proving out the workflow before committing.

  • Limited work orders, assets, and PM schedules
  • Basic plant and asset organization
  • Enough storage to trial the Knowledge Base
  • Upgrade prompts when the workspace grows

SPARK Core + Modules

Pay for what you need

For teams that want the base CMMS plus only the operational modules that fit their site.

  • Turn paid modules on or off by company
  • Hide module navigation when not enabled
  • Upgrade notices for direct module links
  • Storage and onboarding help can scale separately
Optional modules

Add advanced tools only when they are useful.

ST

Storage scales separately

Core includes standard storage. Teams with lots of manuals, photos, PDFs, and Knowledge Base files can choose a larger storage tier when needed.

  • Good for manuals, procedures, photos, and AI-indexed files
  • Storage warnings help owners avoid surprise limits
SV

Help can be packaged too

Some teams only need the software. Others need import assistance, faster support, or rollout help. Those services are separate from the base CMMS.

  • Priority support can be enabled for teams that need it
  • Data import help can stay a one-time service
Feature visibility

The app should match the plan.

If a company does not have a module, SPARK can keep that area out of the way or show a clear upgrade message instead of making the app feel broken.
